These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at forcisos.com and all related services, training programs, and content provided by Forcisos LLC (“Forcisos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our training programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for professionals in the cybersecurity and information security field. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of our services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Training Programs and Services

4.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in training programs is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule programs at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled participants.

4.2 Program Content

All training materials, course content, frameworks, methodologies, and resources provided through our programs are the intellectual property of Forcisos LLC and are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

4.3 Certifications

Any certificates or credentials issued upon completion of our programs are subject to the specific requirements of each program. Forcisos reserves the right to define, modify, and enforce certification criteria.

5. Payment and Refunds

All fees are stated in US Dollars and are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated at the time of enrollment. In general, refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@forcisos.com within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the program content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on forcisos.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is owned by or licensed to Forcisos LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share, redistribute, or resell training materials or course content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Use automated means to access or scrape our content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forcisos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our training programs will lead to specific career outcomes, certifications from third parties, or employment opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forcisos LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
